Talent Acquisition Partner

OVERVIEW

Captfy is seeking to take the Global Talent Acquisition function to the next level. You will be an established internal recruiter in talent acquisition, executive search, candidate assessment, and employer branding. You will be collaborative and commercially-minded, who will take a creative, consultative and innovative approach to developing recruitment plans and programs to ensure the acquisition of top, diverse talent across all levels of the organisation. 


ABOUT YOU:

We need you to hit the ground running and own the entire recruitment lifecycle. You will work holistically across the business - hiring everything from Engineers through to Sales Managers, Traders and Marketers.  You’ll act as a true ambassador of the Captify brand in everything you do - building solid relationships internally with key stakeholders and the wider people team, as well as externally with candidates.

We have big plans for the People function at Captify. We've laid a lot of the foundations, but there's still a lot of work to be done! If you're eager to build processes and tools from the ground up in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, then this role may be just what you're looking for!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deploy and execute all talent acquisition programs in each market to include strategies across: Interns & Work Experience, Contingent and Executive search, from sourcing strategies, building proactive talent pipelines, D&I and recruitment best practice
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies specific to global/geo needs with a lens on facilitating a fair and unbiased process
  • Build trust, credibility and establish relationships with leaders in the region and hiring managers to map hiring strategies to their challenges and business objectives
  • Identify and maintain strong relationships with partners and affiliates to help build a pipeline of diverse talent
  • Manage the overall candidate experience, demonstrating our culture and values throughout the process.
  • Continually analyse and assess competitors positioning to help ensure we continually carve out a market leading narrative  and directly influence the evolution of the roles and departments based on the rise in programmatic and automation across the business ensuring we are always hiring based off the evolution of the company
  • Coach and train hiring managers on drafting job descriptions, interview skills and assessing candidates against our company values
  • Constantly thinking of ways to be innovative and improve our recruitment and talent acquisitions practices and processes.
  • Partner with wider people team to ensure our internal talent is always considered first for any new opportunities for progression
  • Be hands on with end to end recruitment; partnering with hiring managers to support their recruitment needs; drafting job descriptions, building our employer brand presence, sourcing and assessment techniques through to scheduling interviews, job offer and pre-employment checks
  • Ensure that we reduce our reliance on search firms and work towards achieving 100% direct hiring and average of 45 days to hire
  • Ensure the recruitment process is administered effectively and efficiently; maintaining our ATS system and delivery of regular recruiting reports.


REQUIREMENTS:

What you need to be successful:

  • Solid recruitment experience preferably with demonstrable experience of developing bespoke recruitment strategies for a wide spectrum of roles globally
  • Subject matter expert in current trends, innovations and best practices in global talent acquisition including experience with and can anticipate geo marketplace changes to proactively address talent pipeline needs
  • A passion for telling the company story, building our brand and establishing new processes that challenge traditional methods of recruiting
  • Expertise in sourcing, networking, interviewing, and offer negotiations at all levels
  • First class interpersonal skills; client service oriented and acute attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing, fun environment
  • Self-motivated and a love for working collaboratively
  • Genuine passion about Captify and a commitment to build a collaborative, high performing, diverse and inclusive workforce
