Programmatic Performance Trader (FTC)

OVERVIEW

This is an exciting opportunity to join Captify, the Global Leader in Search Intelligence and one of the fastest growing ad tech companies in the industry for a 3-4 month contract. The Performance team sits at an intersection of almost all operational teams meaning that you would have an opportunity to see many different aspects of Captify.  The team supports the delivery of performant activation of advertising campaigns, incubation and testing of new media product lines as well as proprietary technology solutions. 

 This role will specifically focus on supporting our latest global product release for campaign activation. Working within our central Performance Team, you will be responsible for the execution and management of global test campaigns measuring  performance and inform the best practice to maximise effectiveness of the release.

 

ABOUT YOU

This role requires someone who has solid experience in executing programmatic buying through major DSPs and has an understanding of the Ad Tech ecosystem including SSP’s, adservers and brand safety. You are passionate about problem solving, with a logical approach to your campaign management strategy and excited to be on the forefront of innovation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

What you’ll be doing:

  • Optimising multiple test and validation display campaigns across multiple market leading DSPs
  • Provide active and in depth feedback across tests, evaluating vs. success criteria and participate in problem resolution alongside the Performance, Technical Account Management and Product team 
  • Working closely with Performance Analyst to build data driven optimisation best practice for the new product roll out.
  • Supporting training and roll out across Captify’s trading community globally

 

 REQUIREMENTS:

What you need to be successful:

  • Hands on in depth experience in major buy side platforms – Xandr, TTD, DV360
  • Proven experience in a campaign management role
  • Analytical mindset
  • A good degree (2:1 or higher) in Maths, Statistics, Economics or equivalent is a bonus, but not a necessity
