The candidate will be working as part of the UK team, supporting the function in the delivery of high-quality insights and data visualisations. They will work closely with the Sales and Client strategy teams, understanding some of the UK’s largest advertiser’s objectives from RFP’s and media pitches through to campaign analytics and bespoke projects, focusing on developing the analytics approach needed to deliver actionable Insight stories to clients. In addition to this, the candidate will work closely with analytics leads to create internal efficiencies and new methods of insights and data output. We are looking for a candidate that is deeply analytically focused and has base technical ability in SQL who is looking for a role to utilise this in a commercial focused environment. You may have ideally already had experience of working with data in the media area (potentially agency or client side) a preference and looking to expand on this. 


What you’ll be doing:

  • Working closely and consultatively with Sales/Client Strategy teams to define client Insight requirements and manage pipeline of projects

  • Effectively manage workloads and delivery of projects to defined SLAs within a fast-paced environment.

  • Maintaining a consistency of high level of quality to all projects, across analysis, commentary, and visualisation

  • Be comfortable presenting your work to stakeholder, including insight and research piers

  • Participate in the planning and design of new reporting and analysis products for internal and external use.

  • Communicate research findings to technical and non¬‐technical audiences internally and externally

  • Helping to build a dynamic and thriving insight community globally 


What you need to be successful:

  • A passion and curiosity in the data and technology space, continually motivated to innovate and curiously explore.

  • Excellent communication skills: influencing and working effectively with technical and non-technical audiences - asking intelligent questions and able to translate analysis into compelling stories - making complex data analysis clear and impactful.

  • A good degree (2:1 or higher) in Maths, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent

  • 1+ years’ experience working with SQL or similar querying language.

  • Proven commercial experience with statistical analysis a distinct advantage.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
