This is an exciting opportunity to join Captify, the Global Leader in Search Intelligence and one of the fastest-growing ad tech companies in the industry. Marketing is at the heart of Captify and boasts a marketing approach that goes against the typical ad-tech grain. As an integral member of the global marketing team based in New York, you will be responsible for driving product messaging and go-to-market strategies for new and existing solutions across the media, partnerships, and insights. You will work in close partnership with the product, commercial and partnerships teams and with the global marketing team to deliver compelling, differentiated, and bold pitch and proposal marketing efforts.


As an experienced product marketer, you will be excited about data & technology, passionate about client engagement, and commercially focused. Collaboration and stakeholder management across departments is key, so youʼll need to feel confident in managing a range of views and ideas and be a true owner of your solutions product marketing roadmap packed full of clever arguments, proof metrics, and creative ideas. You should be very skilled in creating information flow and data visualization, partnering with our internal design studio to bring information to life. What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver market intelligence to commercial teams by immersing yourself in the industry, clients challenges, and competitor activity
  • Ensure competitor intelligence is up to date and clearly communicated to stakeholders
  • Partner with Commercial and Product teams to plan and execute a roadmap of Product Marketing activities that support continued revenue growth and customer adoption of product lines, aligned with commercial priorities and the overall company objectives 
  • Define the narrative and positioning for Captifyʼs range of media, programmatic, and insights solutions in partnership with our Global Product Marketing Lead Package products and solutions that answer challenges for brands and agencies, always with the USP of Search Intelligence at the heart of the messaging 
  • Launch new solutions to market eg Search powered Connected TV, audio, etc 
  • Create tools aligned to support all stages of our customer journey, from conceptualizing a new solution to helping drive sales conversion. You will build a killer suite of collateral inc video, one-sheets, proof metrics, pitch decks, proposal templates, client testimonials to post-campaign partnerships and success stories, such as case studies and award entries 
  • Enable and onboard sales teams to use tools in the right way to drive business impact. This includes training programs and videos, cheat sheets, and testing sales adoption of tools 
  • Deliver market intelligence to commercial teams by immersing yourself in the industry, clients challenges, and competitor activity 
  • Identify new opportunities and threats in the market, including opportunities to partner with third-party vendors for exciting innovation and feed this intelligence back to Product 
  • Work with Global VP of Marketing and wider marketing team to ensure Product messaging is aligned and amplified across channels including PR, Industry and Captify Owned Events, Web and Social 
  • Build effective tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of initiatives, collateral, and strategies using Hubspot reporting to quantify sales uplift 


What you need to be successful:

  • Must have experience in a product marketing role within a media or technology company 
  • Degree in business, marketing, English, or Media 
  • Experience and knowledge of the digital advertising sector & competitive landscape 
  • Proven excellence in grammar and content writing (portfolio will be requested)
  • Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of how marketing supports sales
  • Desire to do marketing differently, building and maintaining a brand that stands out 
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills 
  • Great at planning and obsessive with detail and analytics 
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and other MS Office programs Proficiency in marketing platforms like Hubspot and WordPress 
  • Degree or considerable experience in business, marketing, or media
