Captify is seeking to take the Talent Acquisition function to the next level. You will be an established internal recruiter in talent acquisition, executive search, candidate assessment, and employer branding. As a recruiter for our New York office, you will be collaborative and commercially-minded, who will take a creative, consultative and innovative approach to developing pipelines of top, diverse
talent across all levels of the organisation.


We need you to hit the ground running and own the entire recruitment lifecycle. You will work holistically across our US business - hiring everything from Sales Managers to Media Traders and Marketeers. You’ll act as a true ambassador of the Captify brand in everything you do - building solid relationships internally with key stakeholders and the wider people team, as well as externally with candidates.

We have big plans for the People function at Captify. We have laid a lot of the foundations, but there is still a lot of work to be done! If you are eager to build processes and tools from the ground up in a fast- paced, autonomous environment, then this role may be just what you are looking for!


What you’ll be doing:

  • With a focus on hiring for our Ad Op’s, Marketing, Analytics and Sales teams you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process from drafting job descriptions, through to scheduling interviews, job offer and pre-employment checks
  • Work with the Global Talent Partner to implement multi-channel recruitment strategy focusing on the direct sourcing of qualified candidates
  • Identify and maintain strong relationships with partners and affiliates to help build a pipeline of diverse talent and facilitating a fair and unbiased process
  • Own the talent pipeline in the US through the applicant tracking system
  • Always aim to improve the quality, time and cost efficiency of the recruiting function
  • Constantly thinking of ways to be innovative and improve our recruitment and talent acquisitions practices and processes
  • Partner with wider people team to ensure our internal talent is always considered first for any new opportunities for progression
  • Ensure that we reduce our reliance on search firms and work towards achieving 100% direct hiring and average of 45 days to hire


What you need to be successful:

  • 3 years + recruitment experience In-house or agency preferably within the media industry
  • A passion for telling the company story, building our brand and establishing new processes that challenge traditional methods of recruiting
  • Experienced in sourcing, networking, interviewing, and offer negotiations at all level
  • First class interpersonal skills; client service oriented and acute attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing, fun environment Self-motivated and a love for working collaboratively
  • Genuine passion about Captify and a commitment to build a collaborative, high performing, diverse and inclusive workforce
