We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer that will be a part of a team responsible for fully automating the execution of campaigns and optimising towards requested KPIs and objectives.
The role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future modelling direction of our bid optimisation technology.
We work in small cross-functional pods of developers who focus on a particular product areas and we encourage people to rotate across teams.

What you’ll be doing:
Building machine learning-driven ad campaign optimisation systems to drive company path to automation
Implementing prototypes of the algorithms and models you design in Python
Introducing, evaluating, and recommending machine learning technologies that may be relevant to our success (e.g., TensorFlow, Spark, etc.)
Focus on delivering solutions to production (this is not a research-only role)
What you need to be successful:
Experience delivering working ML/AI solutions to production and refining them over time.
Experience with control theory practical application
Experience with Bayesian analysis and inference, probabilistic programming
Good programming skills and experience with Python
Practical knowledge of SQL and NoSQL Databases
Can explain complex techniques and ideas to non-technical audiences
Some experience in the AdTech sector is advantageous
Passionate team player with a desire to share knowledge and learn from others
Bachelor degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent experience
Very good written and verbal English language skills
NLP experience is an advantage
