OVERVIEW
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Senior Account Executive with a background in selling TV, to accelerate our Advanced TV suite – inclusive of addressable TV and CTV. The Advanced TV Senior Account Executive will collaborate but work independently. from the general sales team to identify, build client relationships, and sell in our TV specific solutions. You will be focused on calling on and booking meetings with TV leads at agencies and brands - ultimately responsible for growing our footprint, building out a TV pipeline, and making a bigger name for Captify in the TV ecosystem. This individual will ultimately play a crucial role in helping drive commercial success and growth for our TV offering.
ABOUT YOU
You will be a highly motivated self-starter looking to put your TV/Video relationships, experience, and knowledge to work! You will be a strategic seller who understands the value of the TV screen and the shifts that have recently taken place in the market. You have the ability to speak knowledgeably to clients about both traditional and digital TV.
You are a personable individual who is filled with motivation and high energy that will light up the team pushing us to our goals. You will have experience in selling TV content, media, tech, data, or measurement and you are excited to push the boundaries and think out of the box. You want to be a leader and collaborate with teams who are all working to redefine the advanced advertising space. As a Senior Account Executive for Captify TV, you will be excited to take Captify to the next level- to the big screen!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as a partner to industry-leading agencies and brands as they look to evolve their TV strategies through a more effective use of data
- Prospect, qualify, close and scale revenue-generating relationships with advertisers and agencies for NAM
- Persuasively communicate Captify’s TV offerings and unique value-proposition to advertisers and agencies via email, phone and in-person presentations and discussion
- Collaborate with Sales and Sales Planning to deliver proposals that exceed advertiser and agency marketing objectives and expectations
- Develop and maintain relationships at all personnel levels within agencies and brands, demonstrating a thorough understanding of each account’s organization, needs and revenue potential
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas against the account list
- Work with cross-functional teams internally to ensure campaign success and growth of partnerships
- Work with the general sales team to identify leads and collaborate alongside their growth for upselling opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
What you need to be successful:
- Proven sales success with a minimum of 4-5 years total experience calling on TV teams at agencies and brands
- Strong relationships at all levels of leading agency holding and operating companies
- Demonstrated strategic, consultative, and analytical sales approach with focus on building partnerships with clients
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge and keen awareness of the TV/CTV advertising industry
- Strong references with partners, customers, and colleagues
- Existing, current relationships with buying decision makers favored across Advanced TV teams
- Eager, self-motivated, and proactive approach with excellent communication skills via email, over the phone and in person.
