The Account Management team is right at the heart of everything that we do for our clients here at Captify. The team is responsible for delivering campaigns, exceeding client goals and providing best-in-class service levels to ensure that we grow our client spend by being a trusted partner. The team is also responsible for coordinating with our internal teams to make sure that we give our clients everything that they need to grow their relationship with Captify.
We are looking for a team player with great attention to detail and a keen desire to grow and support clients on their campaigns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, for both internal and external conversations, and will not be adverse to getting stuck in. This role will give you the opportunity to be the voice of the client within the Captify business ensuring our products, targeting and services align to client needs.
What you’ll be doing:
Working with our priority advertisers to ensure that they receive best-in-class service to ensure retention and growth of these accounts through performance and delivery
Providing industry-leading support to our key clients via Excel reporting, weekly calls and post campaign analysis presentations
Ownership of internal area of ownership to grow knowledge of specialist area, enforce processes and solve key challenges
Monthly updates on lapsed clients and additional opportunities
Monitoring key metrics: AOV, upweights per month, position on plan feedback and performance for the wider AM team
Working with Client Strategy to grow key relationships and long term rebooking revenue
Identifying key bespoke setups which would add incremental revenue
Presentation of key performance PCAs to stakeholders
Proactively identify campaigns with upweight potential
Responsible for all objection handling across their campaigns as well as providing support to more junior team members
Identify key areas of support for delivery and performance for our Account Based Planning accounts to build the foundations for growth of key accounts
Provides assistance and support to AE and AM across the team, onboarding and supporting through training
Have full ownership of active and upcoming campaign set up and monitoring on your patch
What you need to be successful:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint
Excellent communicator and a keen eye for processes as well as understanding what represents best in class service levels for our industry
The ability to plan your time efficiently will be key within this role, not only to manage the workload but also to free time for you to learn more about our offering, our clients and the wider advertising ecosystem.
Attention to detail will be a key component of this role as well as not being afraid to analyse processes and suggest improvements
3+ years of experience within account management
Strong technical knowledge and able to fully objection handle conversations pixels, DMP, creative load sizes etc. with support of Captify’s Technical Account Managers
