OVERVIEW
Captify is seeking for a Creative Design Strategist. As a manager within the Captify Studio team, you'll be responsible for the development of cutting-edge ad formats, with a particular focus on video and display mediums.
ABOUT YOU
Are you a dynamic and creative designer, perhaps you are 2 + years into your career and brimming with enthusiasm, ready for that next challenge. Ready to pioneer new trends and challenge the status quo? If so, you could be the perfect fit for our growing Studio team based in our vibrant London HQ.
Thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you'll bring your exceptional design skills to the forefront, ensuring seamless teamwork under high pressure.
Eager to explore the forefront of technology, you'll harness your ingenuity to craft innovative designs and groundbreaking concepts, all while upholding the highest standards of best practices, usability, and accessibility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What you’ll be doing:
- Contributing to creative meetings, workshops & RFP responses
- Building relationships with account leads and sales to build out campaign pipeline
- Designing and building cross-device, unique creative HTML 5 standard IAB Banners
- Building prototypes and demos for new or existing products
- Creating custom solutions for client requirements
- Work with your team (and Individually) to run projects from start to finish
- Help strategise creative direction in order to support clients goals throughout entire campaign process.
- Developing on-brand pitch deck
- Communicating with clients directly and managing expectations
REQUIREMENTS:
What you need to be successful:
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and Celtra – expert photoshop knowledge
- A keen eye for designing in Photoshop and Front-end Design
- Ability to pitch and speak to clients confidently
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, time management and communicate transparently with internal and external teams
- Direct experience with internal reporting for your team
- Understanding of how to support commercial teams
- Strong portfolio demonstrating solid foundations across multiple technologies
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to demonstrate a real passion for what you do, and eager to exercise creative freedom.
