OVERVIEW
You will be joining the core Trading and Operations team within Captify. To fit in within the existing Trading team, you need to be; passionate about digital advertising and hitting client KPIs, love problem solving and lateral thinking, have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy working as a team. We’re looking for candidates who are not afraid to test a wide variety of optimization methodologies and are motivated by building and growing Captify’s success.
ABOUT YOU
You will be optimizing display, video and mobile campaigns using Search data. Working collaboratively with Client Strategy, Technology, Product and Analytics teams on a daily basis, the candidate must have prior trading experience (minimum 2 years) with a strong technical understanding of programmatic buying and RTB through major DSPs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What you’ll be doing:
- Optimising multiple search-powered display, video and audio campaigns
- Optimise programmatic, direct response, and brand advertising campaigns via real time bidding platforms
- Use market leading DSPs, including Xandr, DV360 and Trade Desk
- Liaising closely with Client Strategy, Technology, Analytics and Sales Departments
- Able to provide optimisation insights that will lead to revenue growth
- Hit client goals - CPA, CTR, ROI, VTR etc.
- Able to use Captify proprietary technology to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency
- Show consistency in managing margin on campaigns throughout the month and avoiding major fluctuations
- Identify and troubleshoot campaign issues alongside our technical account management team
- Developing engagement plans with agency traders (office hours, video calls, meetings) to ensure that you are present in moments when traders are making key decisions
- Able to present optimisation insights confidently to agencies and client teams
REQUIREMENTS
What you need to be successful:
- Knowledge of the programmatic space
- Prior experience of using demand side platforms for campaign management
- Preferred but not mandatory experience with Xandr/TTD/DV360
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strong level of Excel proficiency
- Analytically minded
- Able to problem solve and not give up if ideas are unsuccessful
