OVERVIEW
A brilliant opportunity to join a fast paced and innovative product team that helps shape the next generation of AdTech products. Captify is a leading company in a vastly expanding market and we are looking for a Product Lead who will be responsible for our Supply-side products.
The right candidate will be responsible for the rollout of our brand new product for our publisher partners, discovering what features are most important for them and partnering with the engineering team to design and rapidly test potential solutions. Owning the product roadmap for publisher data products, you will work closely with our Data Partnerships go-to-market team to ensure that our new and existing solutions are essential to our partners’ businesses. As our industry pivots to a world without cookies, thought leadership and industry knowledge will be a necessary part of this role,
representing Captify externally as a market leader in this area.

ABOUT YOU
This role reports to the VP of Products and requires an individual who is knowledgeable about the AdTech industry, particularly publisher side, technically strong and with the ability to win over the room, whether it is full of engineers, sales leads or c-suite executives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the roadmap for your part of the product portfolio
- Own the strategy and vision of the data products team
- Responsible for the full development lifecycle through ideation, development and release
- cycles
- Communicate the product roadmap externally and internally
- Become your product’s subject matter expert and evangelist
- Partner with engineering, commercial and marketing teams to promote your product internally
- and externally
- Work closely with external data partners and the Data Partnership go-to-market team to pitch
- the product, as well as discover nesesery new features and functionality
- Partner with the engineering team to deliver high quality product whilst also iterating quickly to
- product market fit
- Contribute meaningfully to design conversations and prioritise very technical areas
- Collaborate with design to run discovery sessions to understand client need states as well as
- overseeing comprehensive testing prior to releases and user experience testing to define and
- refine the future vision
- Support the solutions engineer when necessary to debug and resolve technical issues
- Contribute to the wider product team prioritisation and strategy
- Oversee the creation of internal documentation, marketing collateral and press releases
REQUIREMENTS:
What you need to be successful:
- You have extensive experience in Product Management and experience within the online advertising industry.
- Deep knowledge of the online publishing industry and supporting technology
- The ability to work across a cross-functional go to market team, bringing together engineers, ops and BD functions through a shared vision
- A customer focus and talent for developing solutions customers love
- High attention to detail, and ability to drive high standards from your teams and collaborators
- An ability to lead through influence, with fantastic organisational and time management skills
- The ability to inspire others through strong and engaging communication and the ability to think strategically
- Experience making hard tradeoffs and good judgements in prioritisation
Advantage if you have:
- Experience in Jira or other product management systems
- Experience using reporting/analytics platforms (including basic SQL usage)
- Hands on experience using and troubleshooting publisher tech (e.g ad servers,
- SSPs, prebid etc)
