OVERVIEW
Our advertising insights functions partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age by leveraging our unique Search Intelligence technology. Captify is looking for an Insights Analyst to support the management and delivery of market leading, high-quality insights, visualisations, and data storytelling.
Prior experience working with marketing data across Research, Consulting, In-House Analytics, Agency or AdTech fields is required, as is an understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, associated data sets, and commercial implications and applications.

ABOUT YOU
You'll have an innate curiosity, ‘can do’ entrepreneurial attitude, and the ability to fail fast and learn even faster. A high level of attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, alongside strong numerical / statistical analysis, time management, multi-tasking and collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What you’ll be doing:
Building and managing relationships with commercial stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of their brands’ research, strategy, and measurement requirements in order to produce insightful market trends, brand impact studies and competitive intelligence.
Analysing a large and unique dataset to extract best-in-class insights, telling interesting and surprising narratives, and converting data insights into actionable and impactful recommendations.
Delivering insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a thoughtful and engaging manner through verbal presentation and high quality written communication.
Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to effectively manage and deliver project workloads and deadlines.
Planning and designing innovative research and analytics products for internal and external use.
Helping to build a dynamic and thriving global insight community.
REQUIREMENTS:
What you need to be successful:
An innate curiosity, desire to learn, and willingness to explore and explain.
Strong conceptual problem solving and rigorous analytical skills.
The ability to effectively derive and communicate clear insight narratives and actionable implications to a range of stakeholders.
Strong presentation building and data visualisation skills.
Prior experience delivering and presenting work in a client-facing or consultative environment.
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with advertising, digital, and/or consumer insight data in relevant industry context.
Strong SQL and data manipulation and analysis skills, and the ability to understand and apply Python code and concepts.
Degree-level experience, preferably in Data Science, Social Science, Statistics, Psychology, Business, Marketing, or related fields, however relevant extracurricular or professional experience will also be considered.
An advantage if you have:
Knowledge of statistical techniques such as clustering, regression, attribution, and significance testing.
Advanced proficiency in both Microsoft and Google Office products, e.g. Microsoft Excel, Sheets, PowerPoint and Slides.
Experience of the practical benefits and challenges of LLM usage in a professional environment.
