OVERVIEW
The Captify US Sales team is growing, and we are adding a Senior Account Executive to our team. Perhaps you’re in a Senior Account Executive role already and looking for a new challenge or you’re an established Account Executive ready to take the next step in your career.As a Senior Account Executive at Captify, you’ll play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth across the West Coast. Based in Los Angeles, you’ll be part of a high-energy Sales team, responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and winning new business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What you’ll be doing:
Presenting Captifyʼs proposition to clients within digital investment, video, OOH and programmatic teams
Proactive outreach to organize and secure meetings with prospective clients
Communicating proactive ideas to clients on how they can use Captifyʼs search intelligence technology to drive overall branding or direct response performance
Grow revenue and increase retention of clients
Encourage feedback from customers to enhance product and services
REQUIREMENTS
What you need to be successful:
Comfortable working in a sales environment with individual and team targets
Comfortable with high volume of outbound sales activity both over the phone and email
Proactive prospecting approach with excellent communication skills via email and over the phone
Passion for digital advertising and basic understanding of the programmatic landscape
Hunter mentality who can hit the ground running in prospecting for new business among digital investment, video and programmatic teams
2-5 years of sales or agency experience within the digital media space
Experience in strategic prospecting tactics and outreach
Excellent presentation skills
Willingness to travel as needed throughout CA, NV, OR, WA, AZ, CO, and UT (as well as corporate events, including NYC)
COMPENSATION
The annual compensation range for the Senior Account Executive role in Los Angeles is $115,000- $135,000
Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
