OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a performance-focused Senior Marketing Manager to own and execute UK marketing campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline impact. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to turn thought leadership into demand, content into conversation, and brand into business outcomes.
You’ll lead the creation of UK centric content campaigns - from thought leadership reports and strategic guides to customer stories, blog posts and social content. You’ll ensure those campaigns are activated across the right channels, aligned to commercial goals, and optimised based on performance data.
This is a hands-on role with strategic impact: you’ll be working closely with Commercial, Insights, Product Marketing and the wider Marketing team to build scalable, high-performing programmes. You’ll also ensure brand alignment across the Australia market.
ABOUT YOU
You’re a driven B2B content marketer with experience in fast-moving, data-led environments like AdTech or MarTech. You know how to run multi-channel campaigns that deliver real results, not just impressions. You have sharp content instincts, a strong point of view on thought leadership, and can brief, edit, and write with confidence. Commercially minded and hands-on, you care about pipeline impact, use tools like HubSpot to track performance, and thrive collaborating across Sales, Product Marketing, and leadership teams. You move fast, prioritise well, and know how to balance brand consistency with local nuance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What you’ll be doing:
Manage a direct report- brand and activations manager- ensuring consistency in work, goals and performance
Budget management and execution across the UK
Strategic planning based on commercial and business objectives including the creation and management of social and content calendars, event calendars, awards calendars
Influence stakeholders with data-driven insights, creative ideas, and clear communication.
Create and execute UK-focused, content-led campaigns across the full funnel - including thought leadership (e.g. reports, guides), case studies, blog content and insights
Amplify content through the right mix of owned, earned and paid channels - email, social, website, partner syndication, media placements
Work with the UK design and activation manager to ensure our brand and content is represented where relevant at events and agency activations, and to amplify our industry presence across owned channels
Define and track performance against clear KPIs (engagement, MQLs, pipeline contribution, content consumption, etc.)
Continuously test and optimise based on feedback and performance metrics, working closely with Strategy, Sales and Insights
Oversee brand and message consistency across all UK marketing touchpoints,working within brand guidelines while adapting for local tone and context
Partner with Commercial teams and Product Marketing to align content with go-to-market priorities, campaign cadences, and target personas
Support Australian and North American market with content production guidance, regionalisation, and best practices
Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity and buyer behaviour to shape campaign strategy and messaging
REQUIREMENTS:
What you need to be successful:
Experience in B2B content marketing, ideally in AdTech, MarTech, or data/analytics-driven companies but other marketing backgrounds also considered
Demonstrated ability to plan and run multi-format, multi-channel campaigns with measurable results
Excellent content skills - you understand what makes effective thought leadership, can brief and edit content with clarity, and write when needed
Commercial mindset - you care about quality leads, sales conversations, and pipeline influence, not just impressions
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar MAP/CRM tools) and performance reporting
Strong collaboration skills - comfortable working across Sales, Product Marketing, Insights and Leadership teams
Ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced, growth environment
Confident in balancing brand consistency with regional nuance (tone, positioning, execution)
