OVERVIEW
Our Sales Team works with leading agency partners to deliver innovative technology solutions and serve to advocate and educate the market to help accelerate the adoption of Captify solutions with global leading brands.
As our Agency Lead for Group M, you will be leading a team of two high performing sellers & setting the strategic sales strategy to develop innovative & commercially viable partnerships with key Group M agencies in the market.
ABOUT YOU
A natural leader with a passion for media sales. This role would suit a driven team player with ability to lead a team, grow accounts within our Group M patch and maintain relationships within Group M’s media landscape by living and breathing the Captify values
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What you’ll be doing:
- Build & foster long-term relationships with senior decisions makers, managing the end-to-end customer relationships for their revenue, tech & data needs.
Excellent understanding of agency dynamics, how they operate and how/what campaign buying and planning entails
Must have extensive experience working with Group M agencies specifically across key stakeholders across digital activation, planning & strategy.
Proven ability to manage a pipeline and accurately forecast revenue for their sales team
Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
Drive thought leadership/ strategic thinking by partnering with key internal stakeholders e.g. Custom Success, Creative, Trading, Marketing, Executive team to ensure consistency & best in market servicing & innovation
Proven track record in selling both programmatic & managed service solutions across online video, display & CTV.
You will play a management role within the Captify sales team constantly feeding back market intelligence & trends through your network of contacts
Responsible for setting Sales team targets, managing budgets & working closely with Sales Leads to provide best opportunities for team over achievement
On point with industry trends and opportunities to ensure Captify sales team are better suited than key competitors to overachieve
Directly managing a team of 2 sellers, ensuring clear progression plans & ensure their teams have the opportunity to over achieve
REQUIREMENTS:
What you need to be successful:
Demonstrate strong leadership experience in managing high performing teams
Experience working with cross-functional teams and building relationships across internal teams
Highly motivated individual with track record of outperforming revenue targets
Highly experienced in digital advertising, enterprise solutions, online media buying and selling processes, and advertising technologies.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
Extremely confident in forecasting & budgeting
Ability to work well under pressure whilst steering multiple workstream
A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeed
Inspire confidence in both our commercial teams & clients that you are a highly trustworthy & experienced commercial leader
